Live would be a lot of fun but from experience I've done a live final tribal in another game and it took 3 hours in total. But I am down for it if you guys are!

If we choose to make it live, and it take a while, we can have people who might have to leave and can't stay the entire time ask their questions first, and vote afterward. Or come back and vote an hour or so later.
